How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
1.Production will be completed within 3-5 days after the design scheme is confirmed (excluding various holidays in the country of manufacture), shipping will take 7-20 days (Total delivery time = order production time + shipping time).
2.For expedited production and delivery, please contact service@Etsytk.com to inquire about additional charges.
How to check the order status?
1. After shipment, the tracking number will be notified via email.
2. If it is an offline order, you can check the status of your order.
(If the order status has not been updated within 24 hours, you can contact service@Etsytk.com and we will update the order status for you.)

1. Most items are delivered by electronic parcel and need to be signed . We will continue to update logistics information.
2. If the recipient is not at home, please arrange a resend.
3. If you need to collect or deliver, please contact customer service first.
4. Check the packaging and products when receiving. If there is any damage or discrepancy, please indicate it before signing.
5. If you find any problem with the product, please contact customer service at service@Etsytk.com within 72 hours with photos and detailed description.
