How to customize my personalized pattern products?
1.Please fill in the information on the product page and upload the custom pattern.
2.We create an electronic preview image for your custom gift based on the pictures you provide, helping you understand the final appearance of the product.
3.We will send the design preview to your email within 24 hours. If you need to modify it, please reply service@Etsytk.com。
4.If we do not receive feedback within 48 hours, we will produce the product according to the final design.
5.If you need to cancel the order, you will need to pay a $5 design fee.

Order Placement Precautions:
1.Please check the order before order confirmation. After the order is confirmed, it will enter production and cannot be changed.
2.If you find that the order needs to be modified, you can enjoy 50% discount.

Product quality assurance:
1. We strive to ensure that the color of the images appears as consistent as possible across different screens with minimal differences. For customers who have strict requirements for color accuracy, please consider carefully before customization.
2.You don't have to worry about the product fading or cracking, as we use high-quality ink and craftsmanship.

I received my item, but it doesn't look like I expected?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we can offer you other products at the same price. Please provide: 1. Clear product photos. 2. Order Number 3. Photos of products received 4. Links to products you would like to exchange .

When I receive the wrong item
1.If there is a problem with your order, we will solve it as soon as possible.
2.Please check whether the order is correct and contact us with the order number and problem details. We will replace the wrong item free of charge.
